How does our team really feel about topics such as learning culture, feedback, communication and collaboration? Which attitudes slow us down – and which promote our development?
We use the tried-and-tested Eigenland® method to make implicit attitudes visible. We develop thematic theses together, play them out in a workshop format and evaluate the findings in a structured manner.
In a co-creation process, we first define the relevant topics. We then organize one-day workshops in which a core team gains insights in a playful and systematic way.
