My conclusion from LEARNTEC 2025<\/p>\n

Two intensive days full of exchange, inspiration and encounters – for me, this year’s Learntec was an all-round successful event. The congress and trade fair were well attended, the atmosphere was stimulating and open to new perspectives. <\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude00 I was particularly pleased with the spontaneous encounters with Prof. Dr. Anja Schmitz<\/a>, Prof. Dr. Werner Sauter<\/a>, Alexander (Sascha) R. Petsch<\/a>, Christoph Meier<\/a>, Jeanine B\u00f6nsel<\/a>, J\u00fcrg Hofer<\/a>, Roger Hubmann<\/a>, Ir\u00e8ne Holliger<\/a> and many others.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 A personal highlight as a speaker was the workshop with Sven Kohlmeier<\/a> on \u201cLive Prompting and Legal Wrap\u201d – my thanks to Timo Kind<\/a> for the great photos.
\nAs a participant, I was particularly impressed by the contributions from Martin Korte<\/a>, J\u00fcrgen Seitz<\/a> and Daniela Pankratz<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd14 What struck me was the discrepancy between the trade fair (status quo) and the congress (quo vadis). While the trade fair is (still) largely dominated by traditional learning modules – now enriched with AI – the congress discussed how AI is fundamentally changing learning. Martin Korte emphasized the importance of media-free times and analog practices such as reading and writing. J\u00fcrgen Seitz showed how avatars are becoming real learning coaches and thus enabling dialogical learning. Daniela Pankratz emphasized the central role of agile learning coaches in the digital transformation. <\/p>\n

Conclusion: Nevertheless, not everything can or should be digitized. Learning remains a human, reflective and collaborative process. <\/p>\n
