Since 2019, I have been supporting larger and smaller client projects and passing on my knowledge as co-program director at the Institute for Communication and Leadership (IKF Lucerne) and as a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences.

As a member of the SwissEdTech Collider (ETH Lausanne), I am part of a network that deals with new technologies and their implementation in learning and working settings.

Collaboration is the key concept for successful network organizations in a changing world. I am committed to this and work with my clients to develop concepts for the collaborative company at various levels.

Foundation: Never stop learning

Studied educational science/computer science/psychology at the University of Zurich, “E-Collaboration” at the University of St. Gallen. Various further training courses (e.g. Future Conferences, Eigenland®, Data Science).

Experience: Startups, SMEs, corporations

Management and implementation experience at Viviance new education, Phonak, UBS, LerNetz, Crealogix, Collaboration Design.

Education: Peer Learning

Conception and curation of continuing education courses at IKF, ZHAW, FHNW, BFH as well as program management of the ‘Learning Innovation Conference’.
